What We Do — And What You Can Expect

At Teal Bin Services, we make trash day easy. Our team handles doorstep trash collection at participating apartment communities, giving residents a clean and convenient way to dispose of waste without ever leaving their unit.

On your appointed date and time, simply place your tied trash bag(s) into the provided bin and set it outside your door. Our uniformed team will come by to collect it and properly dispose of it—quickly and quietly. Bags should be leak-free and only contain typical household waste — no bulk items, loose trash, or hazardous materials. Once your trash has been picked up, just bring your bin back inside.

We kindly ask that tenants:

• Place trash out only during the designated time window

• Tie all bags securely

• Avoid placing loose items or oversized trash outside the bin
